Kindergarten through second grade teachers will be administering the TPRI, which is an early reading assessment that the teachers use to identify reading development. The TPRI is given three times per year, beginning, middle and end.
This assessment helps our teachers identify students that are at risk for reading difficulties.
The best way to help your child is to read with him/her daily. Also make sure that your child is getting plenty of rest.
