This morning, 11 Cater students, along with Miss Murphy, traveled to the Temple Public Library. The Bluebonnet Extravaganza was hosted by the Temple ISD Librarians to celebrate the students that have read at least five of the 10 Bluebonnet Award books this year.
The students participated in activities like creating a bookmark, decorating a bag, planting a flower, and making a scrap collage.
The students had voted for their favorite book on their home campus. The results of this election were shared with the group as well as the TISD results and Texas results.
