Meet the Staff

I have been teaching many years in elementary campuses.  I received my Master's in Library Science from Texas Woman's University in 2011.  I am excited to open up SHES as their first librarian!  I am married to my husband Stefan, and we have two puppies.  Ella is a Chiweenie and Lucy is a Chihuahua mix.  We have a new little puppy named Luna that we just adopted from the shelter.  We live here in Temple.  We are huge hockey fans and soccer fans.  Stefan works for the Department of Veteran's Affairs. I love teaching, reading, cooking, and doodling in my journals. Teaching and literacy are my passions and showing our SHES students what wonderful people they are and to inspire them to be lifelong learners.
